Taya Johnson joined Frizzell Wealth Management in 2026, becoming the second member of our team to transition from a successful career as a secondary school maths teacher. She works closely with Tasha within our Financial Education Programme to empower the next generation with the foundational habits needed for lifelong financial wellness.
Taya’s approach is rooted in the belief that financial planning is a form of empowerment. She combines the analytical rigour of a mathematician with a warm, personable style that makes her clients feel both heard and understood. By focusing on the "why", she ensures that every plan she builds is a bespoke reflection of her clients’ personal values.
Based in our South Oxfordshire offices, Taya works with a range of professionals and families, with a particular focus on:
• Financial Planning for Women: Dedicated to bridging the financial literacy gap, providing tailored strategies for women at all life stages—focusing on long-term independence, retirement security, and wealth accumulation.
• Business Owners: Helping entrepreneurs navigate the unique challenges of self-employment, from tax-efficient profit extraction to ensuring their personal wealth grows with their business success.
• Asset & Family Protection: Developing robust strategies to safeguard family wealth against life’s uncertainties, ensuring that what you have built is protected for those who matter most.
• Intergenerational Wealth Education: Leveraging her teaching expertise to help the children and grandchildren of our clients understand the responsibilities and opportunities of financial planning.
Taya’s goal is to act as a lifelong educator and Partner to her clients, providing the expert guidance and peace of mind necessary to secure their financial future and that of the next generation.
