Kim Sprague is a Wealth Manager at Frizzell Wealth Management, based in our Henley-on-Thames office. Kim joined in 2022, transitioning into financial advice from a successful background in coaching which defines her approach today. 

Kim is known for her exceptional ability to listen and understand the "why" behind her clients' goals, ensuring that every strategy is not only technically robust but also perfectly aligned with her clients' personal values and long-term ambitions. By providing clear, empathetic, and actionable advice, she empowers her clients to take control of their financial planning.

Operating from our Henley office, Kim works closely with individuals and families across South Oxfordshire and London, specialising in:

• Senior Corporate Executives: Managing the requirements of executive life, including tax-efficient remuneration strategies, pension planning and coordinating corporate benefits with personal wealth goals.

• Business Owners: Assisting entrepreneurs in protecting the value they have built, focusing on tax-efficient profit extraction, business protection, and aspects of exit strategy planning or succession planning.
